Mr. Jackson is an environmental scientist and certified Professional Wetland Scientist with diverse environmental consulting experience serving the public utility, oil & gas, petrochemical, and land development industries. His practice areas include wetland and water resource delineation, federal and state permitting, compliance monitoring and reporting, site characterization and remediation, biological assessment, ecological restoration, and environmental due diligence. He provides project management, field leadership, technical writing, and interfacing with regulators and stakeholders.
