Bio

Mr. Souva is the Greenville SC Office Lead and a licensed professional surveyor in the states of AL, KY, NC, NY, PA, SC, TN, VA and WV. Mr. Souva has been surveying for more than 37 years and has previously managed thirteen surveying crews, five staff surveyors, and eight cad draftsman.

Mr. Souva has a wide range of surveying experience including ALTA, Boundary(up to 2000 acres), Topographic, Subdivisions(all sizes up to 500 lots), Construction Staking, LiDAR Scanning, Wetlands, Marcellus Shale Pipelines, DOT projects, Flood Plain, GPS and Subsurface Utility Engineering. Over the course of his career he has performed thousands of surveys to include small residential, small commercial, large commercial, large agricultural tracts, topographic and construction site surveys.

Currently Mr. Souva serves as the office lead and survey manager in the Greenville, SC office, and manages four surveying field crews, utility locators, project managers and survey CAD technicians. The survey field crews work on route development surveys, underground utility surveys, as-built surveys, boundary, topographic and construction staking for land development and gas pipe lines. Mr. Souva is currently a member of the CEC Board of Directors.
