Ms. Rauch is a Conservation Ecologist focused on environmental sciences with an emphasis on impact analysis. She has extensive experience specializing in biological resource studies, acquisition support, federal and state environmental permitting and compliance, public outreach programs, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) reviews, fieldwork, and research. In support of various projects for commercial, federal, and state entities, she leads successful coordination and integration of NEPA and Section 7 Consultations under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) processes. Specifically, she specializes in assisting government agencies with NEPA compliance including but not limited to: Environmental Assessments (EAs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs); ESA compliance (Biological Assessments [BAs] and Biological Evaluations [BEs]); Sikes Act compliance (Integrated Natural Resources Management Plans); and preparation of other regulatory documents. Her daily responsibilities include writing and editing project reports, designing study plans using the most current scientific methods, and qualitative/quantitative interpretation of project data.
