Mr. Heyerly is the Civil Practice Lead for the Toledo office and has more than 32 years of experience focused on planning, permitting, design, and construction of infrastructure, solid waste, and water resources projects. Mr. Heyerly's project management responsibilities have included integrated planning projects, multi-discipline engineering design projects, and 100+ million-dollar construction projects, including Task Order work for a large public utility. He has managed and prepared several Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Plan approval submittals and Permit-to-Install applications, including vertical expansions, phasing alterations, Rule 13 applications (for work on closed sites), and detailed designs for waste landfill cells, landfill cover systems, impoundment closures and the recovery of petroleum product released to subsurface soil and groundwater. He has also served as project manager and/or certifying engineer during the construction of several waste landfill cells, landfill cover systems, and impoundment stabilization and closures. Mr. Heyerly has worked on private, municipal, and governmental projects. In addition to his technical design and project management experience, he has functioned as a Field Engineer and a Contractor. His geotechnical responsibilities have included coordination, management, analysis, and recommendations for subsurface explorations pertaining to roadways, structures (i.e., shallow and deep foundations) and earth retention systems, facility siting and borrow source evaluations, slope stability analysis (including forensic evaluations), and geo-environmental designs using geosynthetic materials.

Richard Donnell has more than 16 years of experience in the solid waste industry specializing in O&M data coordination. He has supported operations for landfills in New England, the Midwest and Texas. He is highly skilled in the use of Zerion Form Builder and LFG specialized tools.

Mr. Thompson has over 29 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry with an emphasis on landfill gas recovery, landfill gas to energy, engineering, operations and maintenance, air quality compliance, gas system construction, dewatering, equipment design, and all aspects of sales, execution, resource management, and client service. Experience at dozens of landfills across the United States in controlling landfill gas migration, emissions, managing liquids, improving gas delivery, and power plant operations.
