Every member of our team brings unique strengths to the workplace, and CEC’s employee resource groups (ERGs) provide outlets to embrace those strengths. Through these programs, CEC team members maximize their knowledge and showcase their skills for the betterment of themselves, CEC, and our communities. Working closely with human resources and other departments, our ERGs also help develop innovative ways to attract, develop, and retain diverse, motivated, and socially aware talent.

CEC Community is an ongoing initiative that encourages employees to lend their time and talents to communities through education, charitable giving, and volunteerism.

CEC Community
