Mr. Wagner is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Colorado, Missouri and West Virginia with over 28 years of experience in public sector/municipal projects, oil and gas, commercial site development and stream restoration.

Mr. Wagner represented municipalities as the municipal engineer at public meetings and other public sector forums. Accountable for developing solutions to infrastructure problems related to storm and sanitary sewers repair and replacement/rehabilitation, road reconstruction and rehabilitation, recreation and playground projects, and other related facility improvements.

Mr. Wagner’s experience with oil and gas projects, including upstream, midstream and downstream including stormwater management, erosion control, grading and earthwork, well plugging of abandoned wells, asphalt and concrete paving, storm and sanitary sewer designs and other public sector infrastructure improvements. He led an initiative for natural channel stream restoration by developing local clientele and establishing key relationships with clients and permitting agencies such as Department of Environmental Protection, County Conservation Districts, and Army Corp of Engineers.
