Mr. Nickodem has over 35 years’ experience in the waste industry in the construction, design, operation, compliance, and permitting of landfills, transfer stations, and other support facilities. He has also provided financial analysis, planning, litigation support, expert witness testimony, acquisition due diligence, and market development analysis for various facilities throughout the United States. Mr. Nickodem has worked on more than 100 public and private facilities in 30 states.
