CEC Houston welcomes Gary Hodges, P.E., to the team as a Principal in the transportation group of our Civil Engineering practice.
He brings decades of experience in design, construction, and operation and maintenance of infrastructure, highways, roads and bridges, airports, buildings, and physical plant equipment and systems, as well as environmental protection and hazardous site remediation.
Gary has provided senior management for design and construction of major capital programs for infrastructure improvements that included multi-billion-dollar programs for state transportation departments and toll road authorities, as well as private development with a thorough knowledge and understanding of industry practices and regulations in both the United States and in the Middle East.
A licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Gary holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Electric Power Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers (IEEE); Society of American Military Engineers (SAME); and Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
Gary’s extensive background in engineering and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions make him an ideal fit for our growing transportation group.
