CEC is pleased to announce David Kelley, P.E., has joined CEC Peabody as a Principal in its Civil practice.

David has more than 24 years civil engineering experience in project management, site design, permitting, and construction oversight of residential subdivisions, commercial shopping plazas, retail stores, cannabis cultivation, and retail dispensaries, large-scale ground mounted solar array developments, public safety, and department of public works buildings. He has been part of projects throughout New England, California, Florida, and central Canada.

A graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute, David is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New York.

CEC’s operations are growing in the Boston area. The Peabody office, which opened in February of 2024, extends the capabilities of our existing office in Raynham, Mass., allowing CEC to better serve clientele with sites located north of Boston. We’re looking forward to building our team in Greater Boston/Boston North to support recent strategic hires in our site/civil and environmental practice.
