Scott brings 20 years of architectural design and project management experience to CEC Pittsburgh, where he will perform property condition assessments and support our new Manufacturing Infrastructure Services group on their architectural needs, code review, and life safety analyses. His architectural design expertise includes complicated renovations, restorations, additions, new construction, and adaptive reuse. His solid understanding of the civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades offers a well-rounded ability to assess all building types. Scott is a licensed architect in Pennsylvania and Texas.
