We have opened a new office in Corpus Christi, Texas, expanding the current operations of our Houston office. CEC Corpus Christi’s address is:
Bayview Tower
400 Mann Street, Suite 505
Corpus Christi, TX 78401
CEC is already performing work in Corpus Christi thanks to the existing client relationships of a group of team members who recently joined CEC. This group, which currently works in our Environmental and Water Resources practices, will contribute to our new Corpus Christi team. Senior Project Manager Gabriel Ramirez has over 20 years of experience as a water/wastewater professional serving in management and executive positions with the City of Corpus Christi and winning multiple awards for his project achievements. Senior Consultant Colleen Johnson brings over 26 years of experience to the team with experience in inorganic chemical manufacturing, midstream and downstream facilities, multiple environmental fields, and project management. Colleen and Gabe will help lead efforts to grow our business in Corpus Christi. Furthermore, adding to the team will be Technician II Nefhi Alvarado, Project Manager I Noah Hoffman, Project Scientist Kelsey McCreless, and Assistant Project Manager Andrea Rhode. Ongoing relationship building by this group has led to the expansion of CEC’s client list and associated work.

Corpus Christi has become the largest oil & gas/energy export location in the U.S. and one of the largest petrochemical manufacturing and export locations. The Texas Coastal Bend area, centered around Corpus Christi, is set to expand further in the next decade with additional billions of dollars in proposed private and public sector investments. Establishing physical operations in the Coastal Bend aligns with CEC’s growth strategies in Manufacturing, taking advantage of our existing team members’ expertise in the petrochemical and oil & gas marketplaces. We look forward to our continued success and growth in the state of Texas.
